Job Description:

Candidates/Clients attraction

  • Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, liaise with other departments.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends
  • Study competitors’ products and services
  • Brand awareness
  • Explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increase profitability.
  • Identify target markets and develop the strategy to communicate with them
  • Present findings and suggestions to company GM and other senior managers.

Communication

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with media channels
  • Design company brochures / leaflets/promotional items
  • Develop the external communication tools, like signage, posters, outdoor displays, mailers to candidates and clients, teasers, taxi-train adverts, etc
  • Liaise and negotiate deal with the relevant newspapers, magazines and job posting websites
  • Attend relevant trade event / exhibition / chambers of commerce
  • Coordinate PR/CSR activities (media relations, events, sponsorships): respond the corporate PR answers to press requests
  • Define and submit the key elements to include in the white paper / outlook survey , ensure progress of writing of the content

Websites

  • Define the key elements to input into the intranet and intranet websites, based on updated market data and business priorities
  • Ensure daily updates and management to company website.
  • Draft and submit the content to the regional marketing manager

Design support

Liaise with the designer to design the layout of the websites, brochures, invitations, job adverts, clients adverts, etc

Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Manager level, specialized in Marketing & PR field at multinational enterprises.
  • At least Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Having background studying aboard is a must.
  • B2B marketing experience is preferable.

Experience in Marketing agency is an advantage
