We invite candidates to apply for the position “FS Hit Team Supervisor” to lead Hit Team on our great journey of success

Reporting Line: National Sales Manager

Dotted Line: Trade Marketing Manager

Main Job Purpose

  • Lead Hit Team to create demand for key SKUs in free trade and achieve target of buying operators
  • Supervise closely deployment plan of Hit Team, support Hit Team to convert operators to use product
  • Corporate with Push sales team to connect between free trade operators and Horeca Retailers

Key Responsibilities

  • Do plan to approach and sell products to potential operators to meet targets
  • Supervise survey and list of potential operators of Hit Team nationwide
  • Take responsibility of daily Sales Route and Goal Priority Action, establish basic calls per day: 8-12 operators/ route/ day
  • Supervise the right and full execution of sampling, cooking demo to operators
  • Do follow-up report and feedback the operators’ objection
  • Establish sales connection to Wholesalers at near markets
  • Do daily report for Sales leaders and marketing
  • Other tasks assigned

Skill and Experience Required

  • University graduate
  • English skills: good at both speaking and writing
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in food service. Supervisor experience is preferred
  • Good supervisory skills, follow up route plan
  • Good communication, influence skills to sales decision making
  • Hard working, responsible and willing to take challenge
