Project overview

• Product: Joomla templates & extensions from www.JoomlaShine.com
• Market: Global, mostly from US, and Europe
• Salary: negotiable

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market / customers to figure customer's’ insight & define marketing plan.
• Brainstorm creative idea, build plan and monitor promotion campaign for products.
• Write copy for product and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website & product key performance indicators (KPI) for conversion rate and user experience improvement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English writing and reading. Use it for communication with company’s international customers.
• Basic knowledge about website analytics (Google Analytics) with strong analytical skill. You’ll setup the tracking and measure marketing campaigns.
• “Test driven approach” mindset. Love to do A/B testing and think on Conversion Optimization.
• Ability to work and manage tasks independently. Being proactive is what we are looking in you profile.
• A big plus if you’re familiar with what “Growth Hacking” is and reading www.growthhackers.com / www.inbound.org
