Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online visibility and search engine ranking of ecommerce websites
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and images for targeted keywords
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce SEO and implement new strategies as needed
- Create and maintain reports on website performance, including SEO metrics, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including Google AdWords and Bing Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay, to improve visibility and sales
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on ecommerce SEO best practices and strategies
Requirements
- 3 years of ecommerce SEO experience
- Proven track record of boosting sales
- Expertise in keyword research
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
- Knowledge of technical SEO and site architecture
- Experience with on-page optimization
- Awareness of industry updates and algorithm changes
- Understanding of user experience and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
