RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Planning & Management (P&M) team to transform event concepts into complete show plans and final execution.
• Develop and deliver show elements across performance, sound, lighting, and visual effects, ensuring alignment with client needs, brand identity, and overall strategy.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and colleagues, while also being able to work independently when required.
• Generate and contribute innovative show ideas with the P&M team and other departments.
• Direct and manage show content production: scripts, run-downs, stage blocking, technical effects, rehearsals, and live operation.
• Ensure all show elements are synchronized with project timelines, budgets, and technical feasibility.
• Handle additional tasks and ad-hoc duties related to show direction and production.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, stage management, or performance planning.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, sound, and lighting is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
