PROJECT MANAGER (IMC AGENCY)

Quantity: 1 people

Salary: $1200 + (Negotiable)

Time: 9 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday off)

Office: 3rd Floor, An An Building, No. 90 Tran Dinh Xu, Co Giang Ward, District 1, HCMC

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
Establishing and managing project scope
Planning a project manager calendar and budget
Contributing to client proposals and quotes
Scheduling and hosting a project kickoff meeting, along with frequent check-ins
Ensure the accuracy of the project, ensure the correct timeline with Clients, directly manage the AE team to operate the project according to the set budget.
Assigning tasks and responsibilities
Streamlining communication between internal team members
Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
Double-checking all project deliverables for accuracy
Sending progress updates to clients
Delivering the final project and summary to the client

2. Job Requirements

Good at English for 4 skills.
Preference is given to those who have worked at an advertising company
Preference will be given to those with more than 2 years of experience in one company.
We give preference to passionate employees
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Manager position, preferably in an agency setting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Experienced in planning, overall strategizing from online to offline to meet client’s requirements, operating and managing to ensure that the strategy run smoothly
Have proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively in a business setting is a plus.
