RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Planning Senior:

• Develop creative event concepts and structure proposals based on client briefs and market insights.
• Collaborate with Art Design, Show & Visual, and Project teams to ensure concept feasibility and audience engagement.
• Research event trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to craft impactful event ideas.
• Assist in structuring proposal presentations with clear storytelling and strategic flow.
• Present proposals in English to clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, generating fresh and innovative event ideas.

Creative Planning Supervisor:

• Supervise event concept development and proposal creation, ensuring strategic alignment and originality.
• Conduct in-depth research on event trends, audience behavior, and brand positioning.
• Work with the Art Design and Show & Visual teams to create cohesive and engaging event storytelling.
• Develop clear and well-structured proposal presentations to enhance client pitching success.
• Confidently present event concepts and creative strategies in English to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure proposals maintain a high standard of creativity, innovation, and feasibility.
• Support the Creative Planning Manager in mentoring and guiding junior planners.

Creative Planning Manager:

• Lead the Creative Planning team in developing event concepts and strategic proposals from ideation to execution.
• Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and emerging event experiences to craft innovative event strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams (Art Design, Show & Visual, Project) to ensure concepts are engaging and aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee the development of proposal presentations, ensuring compelling storytelling, structured flow, and impactful visuals.
• Confidently deliver English presentations to clients, ensuring clear communication of event ideas.
• Guide the ideation and creative storytelling process, ensuring the narrative enhances audience engagement.
• Mentor and develop the Creative Planning team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in Creative Planning or a similar role at an event agency.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a sharp eye for event trends.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong public speaking and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer insights for strategic recommendations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in delivering high-quality work.
