Graduate in communications, integrated marketing, journalism, diplomatics, foreign trade from universities
o Experience

o Task description
Main tasks
1/ Account Management:
-
Lead account planning, briefing - pitching processes, and proposal presentations.

Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee project budgets.

Ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
2/ Client Leadership
-
Identify potential projects of clients & set approach strategies to get more projects
-
Develop a thorough understanding of clients & their brands & provide consultancy/solutions to tighten relationship
-
Proactively support Managing Director in planning & meeting new projects for business growth
3/ Team Leadership
-
Implement new ways of workflow that allows related team to deliver quality work faster & more effective
-
Coach, manage account executives, interns, suppliers, freelancers
