Job Description
INFLUENCER PRODUCT/SERVICE DEVELOPMENT (40%)
- Market Research: Analyze influencer marketing trends and key case studies; collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored product packages for brands.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of influencers, vendors, and service providers to propose effective influencer marketing solutions for digital campaigns.
- Service Improvement: Collect and manage client and internal feedback to continuously enhance our influencer marketing products and services.
INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN EXECUTION (60%)
- Campaign Strategy: Identify, select, and propose influencer solutions that align with campaign goals, budgets, and brand requirements.
- KOL Project Management: Coordinate closely with internal teams and partners to execute influencer marketing campaigns efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within timeline, budget, content, and client expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, optimize KPIs, and generate reports and insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media or Influencer Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, content strategies, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to manage influencer relationships, partnerships, and campaign execution.
- Excellent analytical skills, research capabilities, and data synthesis.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and growth-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
