ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the daily processes of receiving, dispatching, and controlling inventory levels of goods to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Monitor the transportation status of goods with delivery partners such as Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK), ViettelPost, Ahamove, and other carriers, ensuring timely delivery and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
• Track and manage accounts receivable from various sources, including Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK), direct retail channels, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.), ensuring all debt records are fully and accurately updated.
• Participate in monthly inventory checks, collaborating with relevant departments to physically verify the quantity of goods in stock, reconcile with records, and report the results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 1 year of experience in the role of warehouse accountant or accounts receivable accountant, with a solid understanding of inventory management and debt tracking processes.
• Graduated from a college or university with a degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or other related disciplines.
• Proficient in office tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and skilled in using popular accounting software (MISA, Fast, etc.) to effectively support job duties.
• Agile, quick to learn, adaptable to work demands, and eager to acquire new knowledge.
• Preference given to candidates with experience working at companies in the fields of warehousing, goods management, or e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.), with practical experience in similar environments.
