ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales consulting
- Managing and overseeing the store’s daily business operations
- Ensuring the store meets its sales and profit targets
- Managing personnel, assigning tasks, and training store employees
- Controlling inventory, managing stock, ensuring sufficient supply, and optimizing stock levels
- Contributing ideas and developing promotional and marketing programs for the store
- Handling customer issues and providing customer support
- Preparing periodic reports on the store’s business performance for upper management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in store management at supermarkets, retail businesses, service stores, etc.
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent management and problem-solving skills
- Honest, good communication skills, confident, and responsible
- High sense of responsibility and proactive at work
- Preference for candidates with experience in the dietary supplements industry
- Proficient in office computing and system usage
