RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and manage strategic public relations campaigns that align with clients' objectives.
Organize and oversee a variety of PR activities, including media interviews, press conferences, media trips, and brand collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, industry professionals, and key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.
Conduct in-depth research to identify media opportunities, co-branded event possibilities, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
Create compelling press materials, media pitches, and key messaging to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.
Monitor media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to assess impact and optimize future strategies.
Stay up to date with PR industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure innovative and impactful storytelling.
Manage client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored PR solutions that drive results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PR efforts with marketing, branding, and digital strategies.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, International Business, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of success in media relations, press outreach, and PR campaign execution.
Strong network of media contacts, particularly in the Tech and/or Lifestyle sectors, is a significant advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of developing strategic solutions to daily challenges.
A proactive, outgoing, and curious personality with a passion for exploring new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Ability to work independently while also being an excellent team player.
