Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for both clients and AdCrew.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to drive long-term success.
✅ Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
✅ Develop and implement account strategies to optimize client performance.
✅ Negotiate contracts, budgets, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
✅ Analyze market trends and campaign performance, using insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

✔ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
✔ Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to engage and retain key accounts.
✔ Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software.
✔ Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
