[HCM][EventAgency] 2RES Co.Ltd: Tuyển vị trí Account Manager

Established in march 2007, 2RES is a Vietnam local agency providing major services in create development and event management project. There is only one goal on our journey ahead: planning and executing projects successfully. Our creativity and uniqueness surely make it happen.

Main tasks:

• Preparing, presenting, and selling strategies, communication plans, creative concepts and execution plans to clients.
• Evaluating ideas in the internal review sessions
• Creating and managing project timing and budgets with all relevant department personnel
• Successfully lead team to run and manage the projects on day to day basic to deliver project quality, good profit, and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshooting problems and work with relevant people to address these issues.
• Coordinating budget processes with Finance Dept., Operation Dept.
• Verifying and proposing recommendations for Cost Estimate, Expense, Contract,…
• Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Developing the team by coaching and training team members to improve skills.
• All detailed information will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Account Management experience in the Event & Activation industry.
• Experience across various brands, advertising, marketing disciplines. E.g: events, activation, sales promotion, digital is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills; a proactive and highly organized approach with an ability to motivate, persuade and deal with a broad range of people, from creative to clients;
• Understanding of branding, marketing, and technological trends.
• Excellent vocal and written communication abilities in English.
