[HCM][Agency] LAVA Group: Tuyển gấp vị trí Senior AdOps Executive

Job Description

- Set-up campaign, tracking and optimise ad campaign based on media plan/brief from sales/account team.
- Responsible for the day to day measure & optimise of campaigns on in-house local Ad Network, Programmatic ad (DSPs, SSPs) and other platforms (native ad, audio ad,…) campaigns to meet KPI and deliver the best performance and achive gross profit (GP)
- Work with vendors (ad tracking, ad serving, audience data, internaltional inventory publisher,…) to understand their services/products; testing and deploy third parties services to campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales & buyer to provide the most suitable media plan for client based on in-house platforms & external channels (GG, FB, Linkedin, Viber, Zalo, SMS…).
- Campaign reporting based on requirement of client.
- Study & practise to fully understand and know how to use ad platforms effectively.
- Study and update knowledge of digital marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology, English and digital market in Vietnam.
- Identify market trends and insights. Study and update knowledge of digital marketing, Adtech, Martech

Qualifications:

- Have 2-3 years of experience in the professional field.
- Have honesty and integrity; work independently but have a Teamwork spirit.
- Have the spirit to learn new technical trends and progress in work
- Know how to use Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowing English is an advantage.
