This role is designed for someone who can infuse our Communication and Growth Plans with their unique creative spark, making complex data and strategies more accessible and engaging. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between hard facts and creative storytelling, ensuring our plans resonate deeply with our audience's hearts and minds. In collaboration with the Plan - Com team leader, you'll play a critical role in weaving comms ideas seamlessly across the most effective channels, tailoring our message to meet the specific needs of each brand's communication goals.

The Plan - Com Team will be the launchpad for starting your career at a fast-paced Blockchain technology company in the most effective way possible, as you will be working closely with all Key product teams and assisting them in achieving the most efficient communication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position requires you to stay deeply informed about Web3’s users insights, Market trends, and learn from various case studies within the Blockchain field to enrich your knowledge.
• You will collaborate with team members to decode Product team briefs, gather background information, and organize brainstorming sessions with other members to develop great ideas at every needed touchpoint with users.
• Develop an overarching plan for all campaigns under the guidance of the Plan-Com Leader, taking responsibility for that plan until the detailed execution phase.
• Hold briefing meetings with teams like Media Buying, UI, etc., to nail down the planning and execution details. Make sure everything fits together smoothly in the campaign and get all the needed work from our team and partners done well and on time.
• Run and guide qualitative projects, dig into the data, and come up with insights and suggestions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Self-learning, multi-dimensional thinking. Good at managing your & partners time.
• Eager to learn new things.
• Good at brainstorming and big ideas, great at thinking ahead, and strong in putting those ideas across in presentations.
• A Bachelor’s Degree would be great, especially in Advertising or Marketing.
• 2+ years of work experience in advertising or marketing would be ideal. If you've worked in account management or in a creative role, even better!
• Good understanding and passion for the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Genuine enthusiasm for Web3 technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
