We're looking for a full-stack Growth Specialist for our upcoming projects in Web3 Industry. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business development, marketing initiatives, content creation, and research activities to fuel the growth of our ventures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape brands, drive growth, manage projects, and develop your team:
Growth Partnership:
- Manage partnerships, communities, and campaign performance.
- Develop and execute brand growth through innovative marketing strategies & compelling copy.
- Optimize results and ROI through data analysis.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of marketing projects.
- Evaluate and share key learnings for future improvement.
People Development:
- Foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with HRBP and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of successful business development and marketing experience, with proven experience in business development and marketing within the NFT or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of NFT trends, market dynamics, and key players
- Passion for NFTs, blockchain technology, and digital art & Track record of successful partnership development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to devise innovative growth strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication
