Ninety Eight, a leading Web3 company, seeks a skilled and experienced Product's Brand Lead to drive our Web3 product and service marketing efforts. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our brand presence in the global market, drive customer acquisition, and engage the Web3 community. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals:

Brand Growth

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand presence, and accelerate product adoption.

• Manage and cultivate the community, fostering positive engagement and growth.

• Create, implement, and moderate community-building programs across social media including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.

• Manage relationships and maintain regular communication with partners.

• Create and execute performance campaigns with a focus on ROI.

Project Management

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of marketing projects.

• Evaluate completed projects and share key learnings for continuous improvement.

People Development

• Foster a culture of learning and growth.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• Collaborate with HRBP and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience with proven success in impactful marketing roles

• Good understanding and passion for the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

• Creative, visionary mindset for developing and executing strategic marketing plans.

• Excellent Professional English spoken and written skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis.

• Innovative thinker with a knack for generating groundbreaking marketing ideas.

• Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple initiatives.

• Genuine enthusiasm for Web3 technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach to effectively work with cross-functional teams and partners.

• Previous experience providing mentorship and leadership guidance is a plus.
