Lead The Change is recruiting for the following positions in the Operation & Engagement Department:

➤Project Lead

➤Project Assistant

➤Project Assistant Trainee

1. Project Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Take charge of leading projects, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources, timelines, and activities to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, optimizing efficiency and contributing to cost-effective project delivery.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring projects meet high standards and objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles.

  • Problem Solving: Address project-related challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, for comprehensive tracking and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Operation/Project Management role.

  • Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality project standards.

  • Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.

BENEFITS

  • Salary base plus incentive upon KPIs achievement. The expected income is approximately 8-16 million VND/month

  • Regular performance review (6 months).

2. Project Assisstant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with Project Leads to facilitate the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

    • Provide essential administrative assistance in organizing project-related documentation, meetings, and communications.

  • Resource Management: Assist in overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including project budget, personnel, equipment, and materials.

  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance processes, identifying and addressing issues to uphold high-quality project standards.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Leads and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality project standards.

  • Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current final-year student or recent graduate degree in Education, or coursework in a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality project standards.

  • Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, handling candidate applications, and scheduling interviews.

  • Onboarding: Support in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

  • Employee Records Management: Update and manage employee information, maintaining labor-related records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.

  • Talent Development: Assist in organizing internal or external training programs, collecting feedback, and evaluating training effectiveness.

  • Administrative Management: Perform various office tasks, arrange and approve necessary documents, and maintain order in daily office tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment and administrative functions is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality HR and administrative standards.
