[HCM] [Client] Golden Owl - Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Create and edit compelling written content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters.
Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and engagement with followers.
Oversee the organization's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience (UX) and search engines (SEO).
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and impactful content assets, such as infographics, videos, and ebooks.
Able to comment and improve architecture design, development plan, layout plan and specification.
Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, product owner, designer to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.
Other marketing tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields;
At least 2 years experience in writing and content planning, can write English content;
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills;
Proactive to self-improve and suggest ideas to convert traffic to sales;
Familiarity with SEO-related content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in creating conversion-oriented content, with a creative and strategic mindset, and the ability to engage and resonate with audiences through compelling copy.
