WE Media is a cinema-advertising specialist in Vietnam and exclusive media agency of LOTTE Cinema. WE have worked with powerhouse clients including SONY, YAMAHA, TP Bank, ROHTO, ZALO, and more. WE develop creative and impactful campaigns for our clients.

Responsibility:
1. Sales Information Management
- Attend Sales Meeting and writing meeting take note.
- Summary and update sales report
- Prepare Sales and Marketing Material
- Update new client information to clients network
2. Supports for Sales Manager and Sales Team
- Making Proposal, Quotation for Clients base on Sales Manager instruction
- Sending Booking and follow up Campaign Schedule
- Manage Campaign Report from Project Assistant
- Follow up Contracts and Invoice
- Response to contacts and urgent situation when Sales Manager is not available in office
- Support sales team in any team work project
- Report to Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Good at English (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking)
- Experience: Fresh Graduation (internship experiences is preferred)
- Calm, Careful, Detail Oriented, High Level of Initiative, Be Responsible, Trustworthy
- Skill of Solving Problem, Working under Deadline Pressure
Compensation:
- Salary: 6 million VND
- Allowances: Lunch in office, Motorcycle parking fee
- Other benefit base on Vietnam Labor Law
- Probation for 2 months
