Job Description – Senior Account Executive

Currently we have been offering services to the leading global brands like Suzuki, Bentley, Vinfast, BMW, 3M, Vivo, FMC, Thien Long, Aeon, Mitsubishi, MINI, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Hertz, Aston Martin, Maserati, Renault, Wincos, FMC, YARA, Everon, Lalamove, Daehan, Virbac, VSIP, FujiFoods, Daikin, Bridgestone, etc.

We seek for Senior Account with following details:

o Department: Account Management

o Report to: Account Supervisor

o Education

Graduate in communications, integrated marketing, journalism, diplomatics, foreign trade from universities

o Experience

  • 3-4 years of comparable experience

  • Experience in managing projects & people

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions

o Qualification

  • Manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Reliability, responsibility

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment

  • Work under pressure & short time

  • Highly organized & self-motivated

o Task description

1. Account Management:

  • Be responsible for account planning & pitching process: brief meeting, receive brief, write creative brief, internal debrief

  • Support to develop proposal by aligning with strategic planning & operations team

  • Prepare quotations to ensure committed profit

  • Present proposals to clients for approval/inputs

  • Negotiate & close contracts

  • Advise & revise media plan from account executive

  • Allocate & assign jobs to account executive

  • Supervise, guide account executives & other departments to ensure deadlines to be met

  • Double check all materials

  • Act as a link between clients & internal teams by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring communication flows effectively

  • Manage teams to execute projects with quality, accuracy & timeliness

  • Keep in contact with client at all stages of projects

  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly & effectively

  • Handle budgets, manage projects' costs and reporting

  • Keep close relationship with client and partners during project

  • Payment

2. Client Leadership

  • Identify potential projects of clients & set approach strategies to get more projects

  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients & their brands & provide consultancy/solutions to tighten relationship

  • Proactively support Managing Director in planning & meeting new projects for business growth

3. Team Leadership

  • Implement new ways of workflow that allows related team to deliver quality work faster & more effective

  • Coach, manage account executives, interns, suppliers, freelancers
