[HCM][Agency] Xanh Marketing: Tuyển vị trí Art Director

Xanh Marketing is looking for an Art Director who is curious about the world and thriving to win.

A. Role and responsibilities:

- Work closely with the copywriter to create concept, concept art for whole campaign based on creative directions,

- Collaborate with other team members in project to create proposal for each campaign includes all ideas for creative assets,

- Design demo works for creative assets, present ideas by visual,

- Oversee the art quality of project's creative products."

B. Qualifications & experience:

- Have knowledge in marketing, advertising, public relation and graduate from university / college / school of art or design,

- At least 2-year experience in the position of art or designer (agency field),

- Possess knowledge and experience to work in some specific industries: FMCG, FnB, Finance & Banking,...

C. Skills:

- Visual and art thinking,

- Have knowledge about marketing, art and history of art,

- Creative thinking,

- Good at concept creation and idea creation for communication campaigns,

- Master of using the Adobe tool sets: Pts, AI, Indesign, AE,...

- Presentation skill,

- Logical, analysis and critical thinking,

- Ability to draw by hand to present ideas,

- Be highly responsible for working as a part of a project.
