JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Research

• Research market trends and demographic data to identify opportunities for growth in new markets

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry and customer insights to validate and consult the suitable solutions

• Understand the media landscape and different PR tactics to consult with clients

2. Strategic Planning

• Coordinate with the Account team to develop proposals

• Collaborate with integrated teams from the original brief through strategy, ideation, tactics, and execution

• Develop communications plans, including PR, social and integrated plans

• Ensure that all the plans are feasible, meet the client's requirements, and are within the given budget

3. Effectiveness evaluation

• Use different tools to track the campaign’s performance, make sure all objectives and KPIs are met, and adjust plans if necessary

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

• Should have 2-3 years of experience in planning

• Knowledge and experience in PR and media are a plus

• Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency

• Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentation skills, and strategic and innovative thinking

• Good English communication skills
