With a growth potential, we are looking for a go-getter, enthusiastic junior strategic planner to join our team at Ivy+Partners to work across PR campaigns for our upcoming projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Research

  • Research market trends and demographic data to identify opportunities for growth in new markets.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry and customer insights to validate and consult the suitable solutions.

  • Understand the media landscape and different PR tactics to consult with clients.

2. Strategic Planning

  • Coordinate with the Account team to develop proposals.

  • Collaborate with integrated teams from the original brief through strategy, ideation, tactics, and execution.

  • Develop communications plans, including PR, social and integrated plans.

  • Ensure that all the plans are feasible, meet the client's requirements, and are within the given budget.

3. Effectiveness evaluation

  • Use different tools to track the campaign’s performance, make sure all objectives and KPIs are met, and adjust plans if necessary.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

  • At least 1+ year experience in planning.

  • Knowledge and experience in PR and media are a plus.

  • Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency.

  • Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentation skills, and strategic and innovative thinking.

  • Good English communication skills.
