A Designer will collaborate with the Account team to gather the client’s debrief. He/ She will take part in brainstorming sessions and propose ideas based on the creative brief. This role is also in charge of ensuring that visual creation incorporates successful branding perspectives and strategies.


  • 50% - Support Art Director in working with Account team to get debrief of clients, visual objectives, and other requirements about key message and branding strategy (format & style, material supply, brand insights, guidelines, and targeted audiences) using design brief form

  • 30% - Visual production which convey key message of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy, such as Facebook posts, Facebook App Layout, Website Layout, Mobile App, GDN banner, etc.

  • 10% - Take part in brainstorming with team to produce ideas/ concept based on the creative brief. Visualize ideas into an appealing presentation deck

  • 10% - Other related tasks may cause upon request


1. Background: Major in Graphic Design/ Multi-media Design

2. Experience

  • Proficiency in using Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • 2-3 years of experience

3. Knowledge

  • Knowledge in Sketch, After Effect, Video Editing, UI/UX is a plus

  • Knowledge in current trends in Graphic Design and understanding of Digital Marketing channels

4. Skills

  • Creative thinking and conceptual ability

  • Detail-oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure

  • Helpful, responsible, result-oriented, and integrity

  • Friendly, proactive
