[HN][Agency] F.Studio: Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who will feel happy to meet our beloved clients from all over the world and desire to win their hearts’. You will find yourself being better everyday with sales skills and project management skills. Sometimes, you will realize that you are challenging yourself with creativity, and with the knowledge of a whole brand new interesting industry – animation production.

With this role, you are at the heart of the company and will assist marketing and production teams with your customer understanding. Here lies your opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and grow your career with different fields: account, marketing or business development.

1, Responsibilities:

– Respond to new requests, prepare proposals, offer consultations and follow up with potential
customers (via emails and online meetings)

– Maintain good relationships with current clients and new prospects

– Manage client’s expectation, timeline, and payment of all ongoing projects; coordinating with
the production team to provide client insights and ensure the project’s quality

– Coordinating with the marketing team on required activities to help improve marketing
approach (client reports, research, insights analysis)

– Providing marketing team with customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns

– Maintaining lists of client databases, project records…

– Other tasks under requirements of Account Manager or General Manager

2, Requirements:

– Age: 25-30 (Preferred)

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business management, etc. is an advantage, though other degrees are often acceptable, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

– 2+ years experience working as an Account Executive or similar roles

– High proficiency in English since you will be working with international clients

– Strong communication skills, has interests in communications

– Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills

– Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated

– Flexible in work, active in team’s activities
