Social Management Executive

What You Will Do

Oversee and manage Social platforms of brands, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok.
Develop Social Respond Protocol based on the requirement of brand or project.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Keep track of the performance of the contents on brand's social platforms, monitor and inform the relevant teams in the event of potential crisis.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and policy in social media to make proper suggestions or recommendations for the Account team and Client to maximize Social performance.
Develop weekly/monthly/end campaign report with detailed evaluation and data analysis
Enhance brand visibility on word of mouth channel

Who You Are

A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, especially in the relevant scope of work.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent communication skills
