Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program is an accelerated 12 months career development program in Mondelēz International. It is designed to give Management Trainees a cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning & development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the trainees dive into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy, while collaborating with a diverse regional team.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Fresh graduates from either a Bachelors' or Masters' Program, and less than 1 year of working experience

• Excellent academic standing

• Strong leadership experience in extra co-curricular activities & projects

• High drive for results

• High level of independence

• Openness to coaching

• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

• Must be a licensed driver, willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the country during and after the program
