JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Content Creator (50%)

• Execute communication plans for both social media campaigns and corporate events to build a strong employer branding for YNG.
• Create and deliver content on communication plans for internal channel and YouNet‘s recruitment channels – Facebook, Linkedin/ Youtube/Website/ Tiktok.

2. Social Media Management (30%)

• Manage and take care of social media channels according to monthly content plan.
• Report social media performance by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics.

3. Event (20%)

• Participate in planning and organizing internal events and external event: job fair, webinars, etc...

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Education:

• Fresh graduate or 3rd/4th-year students

2. Knowledge:

• Students major in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, and related majors are preferred

3. Skill:

• Multi-tasking and can-do attitude
• Canva/ Photoshop/Lightroom/Premiere or Film production (filming, lighting, storyboarding, editing) and photography is a plus
• Have good verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese

4. Experience:

• Passionate about corporate communications, recruitment marketing, employer branding

5. Personality:

• Energetic
