[HCM][Agency] T&A Ogilvy: Associate Brand Manager

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

The Associate Brand Manager will implement the marketing strategy for one or more of the organization’s products/services to meet established marketing targets. You will conduct market research, monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and consumer behavior. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for monitoring sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts while overseeing product development and design. This individual contributor should be fully proficient in applying established standards, able to work independently, and may coach other professionals.

Transcreation & Adaptation, Manage All Execution Agencies, Supporting All brands

• Converts ATL/Digital masters to local language

• Briefing & on-time delivery of agency for transcreation

• CFA Uploading only

• Work with agency for on-time ASC approval

• Oversight on all execution agencies

Work Focus

· Support brand manager and/or senior brand manager in the development of annual brand plans

· Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting key performance indicators (KPIs) and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business

· Lead cross-functional teams on initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities

· Manage program budgets, direct marketing expenses, and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget

· Ability to independently execute brand programs

· Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary

· Ability to provide region specific input on marketing plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights)

· Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers

Communication Focus

· Role will require frequent communication with Cluster Frontline Marketing Lead, OU category, other frontline teams, OU IMX and on occasion with C&CL teams.

· Role will also interact regularly with external agencies and occasionally with our bottler.
