[HCM][Agency] Xanh Marketing: Senior Strategic Planner
Xanh Marketing is looking for a Senior Strategic Planner who is curious about the world and thriving to win.
A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research to understand market background (including competitive landscape, category insight, and brand), insight finding, strategic planning,
- Propose campaign/communication key message,
- Map out creative direction following each phase's objectives,
- Work with Creative Team for concept development, tagline, and brainstorm key creative assets,
- Develop social ideas with current media trends,
- Draft communication strategy to meet client’s objectives,
- Develop content plan to support communication objectives,
- Proofread and fine-tune proposal,
- Present works.
B. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3-year experience in creative or planning or 5- year experience in account management (agency side).
C. SKILLS:
- Ability to analyze and systemize information from brief and research,
- Interested in creative new format,
- Logical and critical thinking,
- Inspire team in consumer insight and RTBs,
- Innovative thinking,
- Digital-savvy, keep updating lifestyle and media trends,
- Persuasive and well-organized in thinking, presentation, and in verbal,
- Understanding digital platform is a plus;
- Good English communication skills.
