- Buzzmetrics Trainee Program 2022 is the exclusive trainee program for the young generation who has passion in Market Research through Social Media and Marketing. Our purpose is to recruit massive amount of professional Business Development talents and Research Analysts that helps corporates enhance business effectiveness through understanding customer‘s insight by using social media.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE ?
1. Sales & client service (70%): Following sales strategy & plan to reach and exceed annual sales target:
- Clear personal sale plan to reach target annually
- Keep discipline in account evaluation and action
- Frequently record and report sale performance following company‘s tracking system
- Ensure ethics/ code of conduct in selling services. Ensure client fully understand pros and cons of products
2. Culture contribution (20%): Take part in company‘s culture contribution
- Fully understand and follow company‘s code of conduct
- Actively join in internal‘s activities including team building, training, competition and occasional cultural events.
- Be sure to keep proactive and disclipne attitude at all time.
3. New market potential unleashing (10%):
- Support Business Unit Leader continuously relook at client feedback and market needs for product and service innovation and optimization suggestion.
WHAT WE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE ?
To be a Business Development Trainee, you may work in various fields and find out that your personality is suitable with Business Development work. You also have a steady and calm personality who is patient, organized and pays close attention to details and takes pride in a work well done.
- Have knowledge or practical experience in Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing, fluent in English is a plus.
- Be flexible, agile, able to identify problems and have good communication skill, have the ability to build and develop relationships with customers.
- Work with an inquisitive, proactive and energetic attitude.
- Have a business mindset, passion and a sense of responsibility to achieve KPIs.
- Have the ability to search, analyze and evaluate customers on available tool platforms.
- Have the ability to adapt quickly in the dynamic environment of technology and Marketing industries as well as endurance to work under high pressure.
- Must work for a full-time job in 3 months.
