  1. Working directly with Manager/clients, taking briefs, making proposals and propose to Manager and clients.
  2. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
  3. Working with other team members to devise a communication campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
  4. Presenting alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
  5. Daily working with Manager and clients to complete the detailed project plan with day-to-day operational aspect of project scope from initiation to closure.
  6. Making report to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Manager and clients.
  7. Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  8. Gaining trust and maintaining good relationship with clients.
  9. Working with other teams to find insights & provide creative inputs.
  10. Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
  11. Managing accounts and accomplish assignments in a timely and efficient manner such as campaign performance, media plan, contract preparation…

Job Requirements:

  1. College or University graduate in relevant majors
  2. At least 3 years of experience. Worked at an agency is a plus.
  3. Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
  4. Interpersonal and presentation skills.
  5. Effective team working skill
  6. Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
  7. Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
  8. Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
