[HCM][AGENTCY][AMBROSIA] is looking for Sales and Marketing Executive - Vietnam (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Be the agency’s key point of contact for a client in the Vietnam automotive industry.

  • Market visits in HCMC and research when required, approximately once a month.

  • Recommend appropriate sales marketing activities by segment and channel - through market visits, research, and communication with partners.

  • Assist with the sales and marketing activities with existing channel partners daily (including following up on Account Receivable)

  • Follow up on sales and marketing plans for the month and quarter with the key channel partner in HCMC. To report and update the Regional team weekly.

  • Communicate with key channel partners, understand and report any problems related to sales and marketing.

  • Prepare and update any sales and marketing reports related to activities in the market.

  • Accomplish other supporting tasks required by Regional Sales and Marketing Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Preferably residing in HCMC

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Excellent project management capabilities

  • Ability to manage deadlines and respond to clients promptly

  • Excellent command in English, written and spoken

  • Knowledge in the automotive aftermarket for parts and accessories and electrical properties for electronics will be an added advantage.

  • Proficient with current online meeting platforms (e.g. ZOOM, Google meet, and others)
