Job Description

Role Overview

Precision Executive will work closely with all other teams within the Publicis family to drive programmatic planning, execution, analysis and insights etc. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and is flexible in embracing changes and new challenges. He/She reports to Precision Manager.

The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, working with different measurement partners (IAS, MOAT, Lifesight, DecisionLab,…) strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Operations

  • Handling platforms like Display & Video 360 (ex-DBM), Campaign Manager (Ex-DCM), Trade desk, etc.
  • Understanding of Programmatic Buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad-exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting.
  • Work with internal teams to provide clients with programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with client objectives
  • Manage your workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met, we are obliging with our service level agreements and executing tasks with 100% accuracy.
  • Undertake the campaign set up process for all campaigns within your portfolio, troubleshoot any tracking and discrepancy queries, and ensure campaigns are activated with accuracy and following best practice.
  • Work closely with the line manager to manage markets, supporting across day-to-day campaign management responsibilities.
  • Build a great working relationship with your team, market teams and client team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients, across the briefing, booking, set up, optimization and reporting processes.
  • Accountable for the ongoing management of campaign budgets and daily spend levels, and constant monitoring of tracking to performance goals.

Campaign planning

  • Review the campaign brief and generate programmatic media plan to deliver client objectives
  • Proficient in using tools to build plan such as DV360 planning tool, comScore, ...

Analytics and insights

  • Monitoring the success of Campaigns through Google analytics, DSP UIs, Automation Dashboards
  • Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights, and provide thoughtful recommendations to ensure we meet and exceed client goals.
  • Demonstration of strong fundamentals of Brand Safety, Viewability and Ad Fraud.
  • Proficient in using tools to analyze insights such as GA, GWI, DV360 IAR and Reporting tool.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years professional experience with digital media preferably within a media agency/publisher trading desk
  • Hands on experience and knowledge in programmatic optimization
  • Experience in campaign implementation, optimization and reporting
  • Understanding of Ad Server, DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting, brand safety, viewability, ad fraud.
  • Competent in all Microsoft office software
  • Be organized and have a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, financial and numerical astuteness
