[HCM] [Agency] The Lab Saigon: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Community

  • Collaborate with our creative, marketing and operation team to create content relevant to our brand, objectives, community and platforms from (but not limited to) events, interviews, image & videos, activities, partnerships, etc.

  • Respect the brand voice throughout all of our channels and create tools that enable a shared understanding of that voice for our team.

  • Understand and engage with our community.

  • Be on the lookout for emerging channels and stay up-to-date with trends.

  • Analyze our content performance and rectify when something is not working.

  • Communicate to our internal community (our team) and make sure they are involved in everything we do.

  • Debrief all launches and campaigns and come up with improvements for the future.

  • Thinking towards the future and look at ways we can innovate our storytelling.

Skillsets

  • Previous experience in hospitality in Marketing, Customer Service, or Social Media with minimally 3 to 5 years of experience.

  • Great writing skills.

  • A sense of urgency and on top of timeline and deadlines.

  • Meticulous and well-organized.

  • Ability to work full time with a flexible schedule.

  • A passion in customer service.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

  • Digital savvy
