Overall View of the Job

Account Executive will take responsibility for serving client with greatest satisfaction to keep and expand business. He/ She will have to work closely with clients in order to understand their expectations for the projects and then communicate with internal teams to make sure that the final works will meet client’s requirements.

Job Description

• 25% – Take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks;

• 25% – Works collaboratively across internal teams, clients, contractors and vendors;

• 10% – Acts as ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control;

• 10% – Paperwork;

• 20% – Reports for internal team and client (on project);

• 10% – Market & Competitors review (once a month).

Job Requirements

• Prefer background from Creative / IMC / Branding / Digital agency, B2B Sales / Publishers, B2C Marketing;

• Have 6 months – 1 year experience at Creative / IMC / Branding / Digital agency or at B2B Client Service / Business Development / B2B Sales / Marketing / Publishers is a plus;

• Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Full skills);

• Knowledge in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Google Workspace packages;

• Digital Media / Social knowledge;

• Strong Analytical skills;

• Great communication & presentation skills;

• Strong numerical skills;

• Open-minded, well-organized, attention to details;

• College / University Degree.
