Overall View of the Job

Account Director will take responsibility in leading the team (pitching; IMC campaigns), keeping strong connection with client in both business and daily life and coaching for subordinates.

Job Description

• Main Duties:
  • 40% – Lead the team and integrate all necessary departments for pitching proposal (IMC campaigns; Creative direction);
  • 30% – Communicate with client (get brief; budget; explore brief…) and measure Billing & GP;
  • 20% – Track sales & GP performance;
  • 10% – Coaching team;
• Occasional Duties:
  • Join into internal training board;
  • Support other teams when needed;
  • Directors meeting with BOD.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should be from Agencies which have strong & solid experience of Car industry;
• Have through-the-line background;
• Have Digital & Social knowledge;
• Experience at least 10 years in the agency business and 5 years in car industry as an Account Director or similar position in client side;
• Deliver diversify business-driven solutions ranging from creative to IMC campaign;
• Knowledge in Communication & Marketing;
• Have knowledge in Business development is preferred;
• Knowledge in Research;
• Skill: Leadership, Logical thinking, Debate;
• Create presentation deck and presentation;
• Fluent & effective communication both Vietnamese & English;
• Open-minded yet Well listener, Confident and Calm;
• Pro-active and Positive thinking;
• Have Bachelor of Art;
• Acquire MBA is a plus.
