[HCM] [D2] Adtima: Ad Operations Specialist

What you will do

  • Take part in campaign planning stage, based on sales and clients' requirements;
  • Analyze, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance;
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals;
  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting MIS tools and regularly make recommendations for improving the data available;
  • Troubleshoot campaign deliver issues to help find solutions for performance issues and optimize;
  • Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis;
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve Adtima product offerings.

What you will need

  • Bachelor degree in advertising, marketing or related field;
  • 3+ years’ agency experience in local media buying or coordinator role;
  • Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill;
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team;
  • Fast-self-learning, strong personal development aspiration;
  • Experience with demand-side platforms a plus (e.g. Google, Facebook);
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects on-track;
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
