OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

The Art Director work mostly with Beauty and F&B clients, responsible for ensuring the art quality for all outcomes. He/ She needs to work closely with Copywriter & Design team to develop the communication plan and execution. This position’s role also consists of working closely with the Creative, Client Service, Strategy, Final Artwork team to produce the design materials and effectively pitch ideas in term of art to both internally and to the agency’s clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 70%:

  • Handling Beauty & F&B clients;

  • Cooperate with Copywriter & Design team to develop communication plan and execution;

  • Ensure art quality for all outcomes;

  • Cooperate with other Creative team members, Client Service team, STP team & Final Artwork team and produce design materials;

  • Present idea in term of art to both internal & external team;

  • Quick respond to client commentary and requests;

  • Report to line managers frequently;

• 30%:

  • Working with internal/ 3rd parties to produce the final artwork (TVC, digital clips, KV, FB post, printing & digital materials…);

  • Taking pitches for various clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have background working in advertising industry;

• At least 2 years of experience as Art Director/ Junior Art Director;

• Good experience in layout design;

• Good understanding and experience in Beauty, F&B;

• Skills required: Small project management, Creativity, Vision, Coordination, Supervision;

• Excellent graphic design skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Wacom,…;

• Multimedia content development;

• Video, digital, printing, publishing skills;

• Take challenges, Hard working & Quick action;

• Optimistic, opened & friendly;

• Passion for food & beauty;

• Tech-savvy, update trend;

• Design certificate/ degree is preferred.
