We offer the role of Business Development Supervisor, who will lead the team to conquer business goals. Under the leadership of Business Development Head, the Business Development Supervisor is responsible for operation and performance of a sale unit according to KPI set and annual sales target.

New-sale target achievement (60%)

  • Build, implement & closely track business action plan (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually) for delegated sales team following the BD department strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing department for sale-push.
  • Maintain long-term connection with with potential business partners.
  • Ensure ethics/ code of conduct in selling services.

Team leadership (40%)

  • Set up clearly role and responsibility of each member for annual target achievement.
  • Contribute in IDP (Individual Development Plan) building of each member; Support team members to pursue learning & development plan.
  • Get involved in team member recruitment process.
  • Support to build and promote key value & culture of BD department and company.

Promotion to: BD Manager - Product Commercial Lead (Social Listening/ ECA)

Report to: Head of Business Development



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Marketing/Advertising or related fields.


  • Experience in Marketing/Market Research is a plus.


  • Proven ability of sale planning & organizing.
  • Client‘s need analysing & consulting skill.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills (in both Vietnamese & English).
  • Demonstrated leadership skill with proven tracking record in team & people development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Spreadsheet & Docs.


  • Min 4 years of sales experience in social listening, market research, media & advertising, software solutions.
  • At least 1 year at managerial role.
