Job description:

  • Market Research/ Proposal: Do study in brand/ industry & audience online, combined with other departments to input full Proposal for Clients.

  • Brief/ Debrief: Communicate with clients and gather information about prospecting opportunities: Campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, TA ect. Consult Clients with professional & up-to-day knowledge to meet Client’s needs. Collect full requirements & filter information before sending a request to the internal Team for Quote preparation.

  • Communication, Coordination

    Campaign reports: progress report (weekly, monthly ect.) & End of campaign report

  • Change request management: Manage change request & keep updated immediately to internal team asap.

  • Campaign follow-up: KPIs tracking, issues management.

  • Contract follow-up, Liquidation & Payment process.

  • Monitor traffic & workload for internal team: Manage coming requests, place orders & give prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ experience in a similar role in Digital Marketing.

  • Proofs of achievements in account management role: Top clients, successful campaigns.

  • Account management processes expertise: Client management, campaign management.

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo.

  • Strongly preferable 1+ experience in Google, Facebook campaign management.

  • Solid Account Management skill including Pre-sales & Account development.

  • Solid internal & external communication skills, problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
