WE MEDIA is the leading cinema-advertising agency in Vietnam and exclusive media agency of LOTTE Cinemas. We have worked with powerhouse clients including SONY, YAMAHA, TP Bank, ROHTO, ZALO, and more. We develop creative and impactful campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Intern will coordinate with the entire team to undertake the following tasks:
1. Assist sales and marketing activities:
- Support sales team and General Director
- Support by researching customers, building up database
- Drafting contracts
- Drafting quotations and proposals according to sales team requirements
- Drafting content for company’s monthly newsletter
2. Research and Design proposals
- Brand Audit
- Research customers profile and give Account team advice on approaching
- Research industry insight for media business
- Other research upon Managing Director’s request
- Build proposals for different sectors/companies in different industries
Additional to the focused working area, the intern will be provided opportunity to work on multiple aspects of a media and PR company to understand more about the industry and acquire valuable working experience.
Requirements:
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Presentable appearance
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to organize information systematically
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with minimal supervision
- Has strong sense of responsibility
- Pro-active and results oriented with a drive to succeed and to do sales as job after internship
- Proficient computer literacy, including Word, Excel, especially Power Point
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- 3 to 4 months (extendable) internship, starting time TBD.
- Preferred full time (35 hours / week)
- Lunch (or lunch allowance) & snacks provided for Full Time Interns, case-by-case for part time interns.
- Unpaid internship but allowance of 1,500,000VND to support travel expenses is provided. 1,200,000VND of this allowance to be paid at end of the each month, 300,000VND for each month paid upon successful completion of the internship.
