[HCM][Agency] Vero: Media & Influencer Specialist, Vietnam

Job Description:

Support the team with strategic knowledge of Vietnam’s media and influencer scene.
Manage and establish genuine connections, nurture long-term relationships between Vero and Media, Influencers, Communities of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication
Develop sustainable internal processes to secure the agency’s relationships and to monitor regular engagement.
Build the brand name and reputation of Vero in the industry, keep the name of Vero active across the media channels in Vietnam and in the region
Support the team in pitching and supporting client activity in the realm of PR, social, digital & influencer engagement. Includes providing creative solutions to client’s challenges and embracing emerging marketing technology for the betterment of the agency and client business.

About you:

You have ~3 years working experience in a communication related field, working with journalists and influencers on a daily basis.
You have a strong journalist and influencer network. You understand the market’s specificities when it comes to media and influencer engagement and you know how to keep your both updated and growing.
You believe efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations.
You trust that creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication strategies.
You have good English speaking and writing skills and you are comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment.
You don’t satisfy with boring things, you are curious and always up-to-dated with new trends
You love to join the events and meet people
You are highly organized, adaptable, curious, creative and your friends rely on you to organize crazy parties/activities.
