  • Establishing sales strategies & action plans to win new clients both brands and agencies to achieve team's (monthly/quarterly/yearly) ambitious growth.
  • Responsible for pipeline management, sales & revenue forecasting, sales approach & strategy development and implementation.
  • KPIs management & reporting
  • Overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Strictly follow internal processes: Blueseed CRM, Sales Pipeline, Weekly & Monthly Meeting.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Report directly to Team Leader/Manager

Yêu cầu

  • At least 2+ years of working experience in Marketing/Advertising is required;
  • Over 2+ years of working experience in agencies as Senior Business development/Senior Sales
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Market knowledge
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized with good sense of responsibility
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo.
  • Good strategic thinking and analytical and listening skills.
  • Clear mindset, result oriented with passion for work
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of performance & e-commerce planning is a plus
