OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
- We’re looking for an energetic Fresh graduate or Junior executive having great ambition with Advertising industry, especially in Social and Account Management
- Working at HAKUHODO Representative Office in Hanoi – 6th Floor, Unit 604, Indochina Plaza, 241 Xuan Thuy Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
- Full-time Freelance for 3 – 6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION
70% – Social:
- Manage SNS community: scan fanpage, response to comments, inbox and engaging activities (minigame, contest, etc.);
- Understand creative direction and able to provide content direction for SNS with diversified channel and platform;
- Be able to coordinate with creative team for any content production in need;
- Create Social Listening report;
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
30% – Account:
- Support Client Service tasks: competitor review, basic reports, research, paperwork, etc.;
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months working experience in advertising agency or with related positions;
- Good knowledge and proficient usage of SNS & social management tool;
- Trend follower and quick adaptation;
- Good communication and problem solving in a calm manner;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
- Solution-oriented & Client Service mindset;
- Supportive and responsible;
- Strong ambition and willing to learning more.
