We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management (50%)

  • Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPI
  • Suggest or contribute ideas to the team to develop and execute campaigns/projects
  • Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

Client Services (30%)

  • Develop strong and long-term client relationship
  • Managing & ensuring that client satisfied with service & KPI of project
  • Identifying client needs and consulting how YNAM’s service fulfill those needs
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

Team Management (20%)

  • Managing and mentoring a team of Account Executive to ensure that sale objective are achieved (8B / team)
  • Supervise the Account Executive and representatives team and ensure deadline & performance of team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English communication: speaking and writing communication skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team (good teamwork)
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
  • The confidence and professional to build client trust
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative skills
  • Working experiences in digital agencies is a plus
