REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as Head of Content or in the equivalent position and having long-time working commitment with the company
  • Having worked as a team leader
  • Having worked in an agency is a plus
  • Experienced in both Vietnamese & English content
  • Experienced in different types of content, especially digital ones.

Knowledge & interests

  • Good knowledge of Marketing & Communication
  • An interest in capturing and telling exceptional stories of people
  • Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.

Skills

  • Effective team working skill & human management
  • Effective workload management skill
  • An eye for detail
  • Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content planning & production (40%)

  • Develop content strategies across different platforms including online and offline channels
  • Develop different types of content, including social media posts, PR advertorials, video script, marketing collaterals such as brochures, leaflets and website, for various PR & Marketing communications campaigns
  • Ensure all content produced matches the tone and style of each client/ project
  • Build content plan and maintain content for owned media: the company’s website, social media and profile to ensure it is all up to date and accurate
  • You’re expected to keep up on industry trends, to share your knowledge and to learn from your peers.

Team management (60%)

  • Inspiring, managing and operating content teams and its support services to develop an effective and profitable creative product that delivers on relevant client and market needs.
  • Find ways to develop an atmosphere within a content team such that it fosters successful work for the agency’s clients while providing a rewarding climate for team members.
  • Build, source, manage relationships and coordinate with external content producers and copywriters for large-scale projects or projects that require third party support
  • Manage content team members, together hold brainstorming sessions to come up with new content ideas.
  • Responsible for content work quality
  • Holding training sessions for team members to develop team performance
  • Involve in recruitment process of new team members and trainees
  • Report to BOD on your team planning

WORKING TIME:

  • 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week with schedule daily working hours from Monday to Friday (flexible time selected with HR)
    • Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
    • Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
