What you do
- Responding to new service requests, preparing quotations, offering consultant and following up potential customers (via emails and online meetings)
- Maintaining good relationship with current clients and new prospects
- Managing client’s expectation, timeline and payment of all on-going projects; coordinating with production team to provide them client insights and ensure the quality to meet client’s expectation
- Coordinating with marketing team on required activities to help improve marketing approach (such as research, client reports…)
- Providing marketing team with customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns
- Maintaining lists of client databases, project records…
- Other tasks under requirements of Account Manager or General Manager
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience working for agencies as an Account Executive or similar roles
- Proficiency in English since you will be working with international clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills
- Being flexible, having the ability to flourish under minimal guidance and uncertainty
- Being open-minded, result-driven and self-motivated
