What you do
- Conducting research to identify new business opportunities and market needs
- Coordinating closely with marketing team to build business development strategy according to client insights; maintaining short-term and long-term sales plans
- Preparing customized sales pitch for each potential client, arranging business meetings and presenting the company’s services addressing their needs
- Coordinating with account executive to deliver quotations, pitching proposals, following up until new projects are confirmed
- Building good relationships with current clients and potential prospects, delivering excellent customer experience
- Maintaining lists of client databases, sales records, revenue forecasting…
Requirements
- At least 2-year experience working in international environment as business development position, sales or a relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Proficiency in English since you will be working with international clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Being flexible, having the ability to flourish under minimal guidance and uncertainty
- Being open-minded, result-driven and self-motivated
